The service is provided in accordance with the general terms and all additional requirements of Allianz Bulgaria Insurance JSC. Below are the main parts of these conditions, and the insurer reserves the right to change them and introduce additional ones.
Service Beneficiaries:
Clients, owners of luxury passenger cars of all brands offered by Moto-Pfohe, who have been involved in a traffic accident. The insured value of the vehicle exceeds 20,000 EUR or its equivalent in BGN. (Volvo, LR, Jaguar, Mondeo, S-MAX, Focus C-MAX)
Subject of the Service: Use of a replacement vehicle for up to 10 days, free of charge.
Terms of Use for the Service:
- The vehicle was purchased or leased from "Moto-Pfohe" EOOD or from "Moto-Pfohe Rent a Car and Mobility Services" EOOD;
- Full Casco insurance with Allianz Bulgaria;
- Involvement in a traffic accident, registered with a Traffic Police (KAT) protocol;
- Paid premiums at the time of the registered accident;
- No outstanding financial obligations to the companies within the Moto-Pfohe group;
- Damage(s) valued at over 1,500 EUR, repairable in more than 8 service hours at an authorized Moto-Pfohe EOOD service center;
Additional Details:
- The service is free for the first 10 days;
- The replacement vehicle provided corresponds to the insurance premium;
- Vehicles are provided by "Moto-Pfohe Rent-a-Car and Mobility Services EOOD" upon presentation of a "Certificate of Right to Use a Replacement Vehicle" issued by Allianz Bulgaria Insurance JSC;
- Confirmation – within 24 hours;
Receiving the Vehicle:
- Free of charge – at the MPRACMS offices in the cities of Sofia, Varna, and Burgas;
- Subject to a delivery fee according to MPRACMS tariffs – at Moto-Pfohe offices in other cities across the country.
