Until the transfer of ownership, vehicle maintenance and repair must be performed at service centers authorized by the respective brand manufacturer. Any exception to this rule is possible only with the explicit written consent of the LESSOR
The maximum lease period for finance leases is 7 years for new vehicles and 4 years for pre-owned vehicles. For operational leases, the maximum term is 5 years.
Until the expiration of the lease agreement, insurance policies are issued through the "PFOHE AGENCY" insurance broker and are paid directly to the Insurer. Our goal is for the vehicle to have maximum insurance protection, which must include "Full Casco" (covering "Theft" and "Robbery"), "Third-Party Liability," and "Seat Insurance." "Full Casco" insurance can be paid in up to 4 installments within a single year.
The timely payment of insurance premiums is the responsibility of the LESSEE; however, in the event of a delay, we reserve the right to pay them on your behalf and invoice you for the incurred expense. The corresponding insurance premium automatically becomes due to the Lessor, for which a Notification of Payments Due will be issued to you.
